Doctors are getting ready to introduce a cheap in-vitro fertilization procedure across Africa, where women often are ostracized as witches or social outcasts if they cannot have children, officials said Monday.

- Sounds very reasonable. I couldn't recall needing to ask the teacher if I could leave class to use the restroom more than 2-3 times in an entire school year! You can go before school. On recess. On lunch. During P.E. And on any of the other 2 or 3 breaks they get.

- It is an easy fix. Just put all the kids with vaccinations in one school and all the unvaccinated kids in another school. After 20 years of this every parent will start getting their kids vaccinations after kids in the unvaccinated schools start dropping like flies.
